Windows Credentials Manager & Conjur lib for Python 7.1.0 #661

Problem description

I have been using Conjur 7.0.1 for over a year. Works great. I'd like to upgrade to 7.1.0 but I see that version requires Windows Credentials Manager. My organization has disabled that functionality. Is there a workaround?

I think you should find Conjur's issue tracker and ask there. This is a tracker for Python packing issues, like issues following the packaging.python.org tutorials, etc. I've never used Conjur and I don't use Windows. :)
