Trouble with the packaging tutorial - TestPy #694

Problem description

I was following the tutorial and got as far as the section on TestPyPI. I registered, received an email, clicked on the verify link, re-entered my email and password and get:

"No user found with that username"

Error message

"No user found with that username"
