pip can't install anything

• Pip version:9.0.1-2.3
• Python version:3.6.6 and 2.7.15rc1
• Operating system: Kubuntu 18.04 when I try to install each package with pip (pip3 or pip2 ) I get below error Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement Packagename (from versions: ) No matching distribution found for Packagename with -vvv flag

Looks like a network problem, pip can’t read anything from internet on your machine
