1.1.0 sdist is missing tests and `LICENSE` file #194

The 1.1.0 sdist is missing both tests and the LICENSE file. This is regression from the previous release 1.0.0. Please add both tests and the missing LICENSE file to sdist. Thank you.

Sorry about that, #196 should ensure they're in the next version.
