Support math directive #154

In #115 the underlying cause is that readme_renderer doesn't support .. math::. I'm not sure that that issue will explicitly cover adding support, so I am opening this one. If it would, feel free to close this one.

I would like to use the same readme on readthedocs as well as using it for the long_description.

I've updated the title of #115 to indicate that it should cover adding support.
