Work on conflicting names resolver

This removes the exclusion of dependants, because I believe dependants might adapt automatically due to the object reference model with deferred py_string evaluation.

I was too tired while writing this and changed too much back and forth. I'll close this and plan to re-do it cleanly to avoid oversights.
