GH pages workflow dispatch is broken again with Resource not accessible by integration error, presumably since we introduced a permissions section for the new OIDC PyPI publishing.

OK great adding actions: write permission should fix it (tested in a branch). See also https://github.com/benc-uk/workflow-dispatch/issues/52.
