Reheat #44

We need to reheat the cooked files to deal with changes from implementing the ParSet approach. Specifically, the lines here don't work with how the new master trace slits files are written to disk, but they do work with the Cooked files used by the PypeIt test suite.

@profxj, Can you include a script in the Cooked directory on the repo that can exactly reproduce the cooked output?
