Package 'bgg' appears to exist but can't be found #88

I tried to sdist upload a new package called bgg. But the last line says: Upload failed (403): You are not allowed to edit 'bgg' package information

I can't find any package that has that name. I certainly have never set it up. And https://pypi.python.org/pypi/bgg responds with Not Found.

I'm not sure if it's a bug or a matter of content administration but if it can't be found, if should be possible to upload to it.
