Reasons for the request

The initial and also the final release of the package Fold was done on 8th of November, 2017. The linked Github repo is deleted. The author's email address is not working, and he haven't released a new Pypi package since the middle of 2018.

We've finally decided on the name for our open-source time series modelling package: we ended up with fold. The project was for a long time under the working title drift, but we found fold to be a lot better fit, as what it fundamentally does is "time series cross validation" - where the term "fold" is often used. We hope this package will have a real impact on the industry, and that with it, we can bring transparency, reproducibility, speed and real usefulness for both the practitioner and researcher: we're building all of our products on this fundamental piece of technology.

We'd like to use the package name fold, in all lowercase, if possible.

hi!:) are there any updates regarding this? as the original author is unreachable, and 3 weeks passed, we thought to follow up. we're about to do our first release, and looking forward to using the final package name, instead of a temporary one. thank you!
