Reason for request

Lost 2FA authentication app or security token

I remember my account and password, but after logging in, I was prompted to enter the authentication code (required). I can't find this verification code program. Could you please help me recover it? I applied before, but I don't know why. I haven't replied to the email for processing since then. Could you please help me with this? We need to submit the project here. Thank you
