Reasons for the request

The first and the last release of the package was on 28,08.2021 Since that time no updates and no downloads. Gitlab page is not reachable. No documentation. I tried to reach the author contact.air64@yandex.ru - no response since 22.06.2023

I tried to reach the author contact.air64@yandex.ru - no response since 22.06.2023 I could not find any other contacts.

Hello! In case it is relevant, we started to work on documentation of our project: https://pioner.readthedocs.io/en/latest/python_api.html

We started to use "pioner" name and I hope that soon we can solve this issue on PyPi.org Otherwise, let me know if I need to put another package name. Currently we are using "ppioner" just for testing upload to PyPi.org
