Reasons for the request

Hi,

The project tooi does not exist, but I cannot create it because the name is too similar to toot which is also my project.

The idea is that tooi is a TUI version of toot, that's why I'd like to use the similar name.

A person on a python discuss thread recommended to submit an issue here.
