Reason for request

Reason: Lost 2FA authentication app or security token My name is Javier Jofre, GitHub user jjofres, and PyPI user name jjofre. I'm the owner of the library debyetools. I may have registered my personal email, jovier@gmail.com. I can't log in because I have set two-factor authentication, but my old cellphone died, and I couldn't transfer the accounts to my new one.

Can you help me please, solve this issue?

Please use those recovery codes to regain access to your account.

I don't have those recovery codes. I lost the device with them and I can't transfer the account with the autheticator codes or the recovery codes.
