I'm one of the admins of Quetz, the open-source server for Conda packages. We need to release our PyPI package under the name quetz-server, since quetz is already taken. This causes confusion when installing our package through PyPI and also breaks our packaging automation to Conda-Forge since the packages on PyPI and Conda-Forge are named differently.
The quetz PyPI package had one initial release on June 9, 2020, which appears to be empty, and hasn't been released since.
I contacted the owner hashberg on April 11, 2023, asking for the ownership transfer. He claimed that the project was still being actively developed. However, I still haven't seen a release since.
