PyPI user performing the mass project name squatting

Additional information

The account muhammadfiaz is squatting common package type names, but not uploading any code

I attempted to contact the account owner, but heard no reply. I speculate the account may have been taking over, as the related github account appears legitimate https://github.com/muhammad-fiaz/

Not sure if anyone has looked this, but they have since squatted another 20 odd names.
