We would like to release our library next week and we need to keep the "ntt" name as it is used in several of our internal projects.
The current project on PyPI is more an invalid project that an abandoned one :
- the package has no functionality, it is described as "Test pro"
- there are only 2 days of activity in march 2014 : https://pypi.org/project/ntt/#history
- the author never responded to Romain's mails
- the homepage points to an old public web site that probably has nothing to do with the package : http://www.headfirstlabs.com/
- there is no repository, no documentation pointers
It seems more like a name squatting or a package test that should have been done on TestPyPI.
We would be glad if you could proceed to the transfer.

Dear community, We have been working on a python module over the past months called ntt. We are currently working on a release and would like to have it indexed in pypi. The current ntt name is taken but the project seems to have been discontinued since 2014 (with only a few commits that occured right after the creation of this project). It seems more to have been a test project without any useful content. I have contacted the previous owner serveral times (Nov, 9th 2023 and Dec. 8th 2023) without any reply to my two emails. Best The ntt dev team
