Additional info: I do have generated the recovery codes, but they are also lost. I am the author and publisher of apkutils3 and pylibchecker, and I can still push content from GitHub Actions via pending publisher. I can send or receive any email using the primary email on PyPI.

I have my PyPI password and API token, and I can push arbitrary content to PyPI to verify my identity if needed.

Thank you for your patience, but my recovery codes are all lost. So I have to wait before any other solutions available?

Your 2FA has been reset and a password reset has been issued. You should be able to regain access to your account after completing the password reset. Let us know if you have any more issues. Thanks.
