Reason for request

Hi there. I was trying to register my username spilth on PyPI but discovered I apparently already registered it back in October of 2020. I don't remember doing this or what email address I used - it doesn't seem to be my personal email address. I suspect maybe it was using bkelly@carbonfive.com since that's where I worked at the time.

Is there a way for me to reclaim this account? It doesn't look like I ever released anything through but I'm currently trying to release a Python library that I've already deployed to the Test instance of PyPI - https://test.pypi.org/project/songpro/
