Reasons for the request

I'm requesting to claim the project name everything for my project dothething. It's a python package that lets you use an LLM to import any function, and have it generated intelligently on the fly. Nobody is using the project name, but for some reason it seems like it's reserved.

There is nobody currently using this PyPi project name. I'm not sure why it is not letting me take it, it is saying I don't have permission.

I know there's a lot of PEP 541s unresolved, but I think this is a pretty easy one since the name is not being used and there's nobody to contact
