Reasons for the request

Hi, I'm a lead on the Keras team at Google. We're interested in merging our domain packages (keras-nlp, keras-cv) into a single repository under the name keras-models. The existing project at keras-models has not been touched in 5 years. Attempts to contact the owner have failed. Additionally, Google owns the registered trademark for the name "Keras".

Francois Chollet (creator and TL of Keras) has contacted the owner last week, but received no response.
