Account recovery request #4403

Reason for request

Lost access to primary email address associated with this test account. (This person has left the company.) Making either of the verified accounts as primary will fix the issue.

I'm also attempting to generate recovery codes now, but next steps seem to be blocked on the lack of a verified primary account.
