To improve search results and naming conciseness, I migrated all sources towards "gcil" as the primary name.
The "gitlabci-local" sources are ready to publish a final version, pointing to the new "gcil" package name.
The final deployment fails with this error, but couldn't identify a similar package,
sounds unlikely bt is it possible the "gitlabci-local" package is detected as providing "gcil" ?

I created gitlabci-local in 2020 : https://pypi.org/project/gitlabci-local/ Its alias "gcil" became more and more relevant throughout the last years.
The "gcil" package does not exist and never existed : https://pypi.org/project/gcil
