PEP 541 Request: kepler

I believe the project has both been abandoned, and meets the PEP541 criteria for name squatting:

The current package has a package pushed, but it is an empty module with no functionality
The description of the project says only "# kepler Nothing to see here, move along."
The repo linked to as the project homepage is archived on GitHub as of March 2023 and may not have issues filed against it.
I have reached out to the author twice in the past 2 weeks without response

Given these facts, I believe the project to meet the "name squatting" criteria and is therefore an invalid package.

Replacement

I downloaded the package and observed it to be empty
I went to the homepage and found the project archived with no option to file an issue

I made two attempts to contact the author via their email on PyPI.

On 2024-08-25 I emailed Jaidev asking about the status of the project, observed that it appeared to be abandoned, described my project, and asked if they would consider releasing the name to me.
On 2024-09-03 I followed up, again requesting that they consider releasing the name, and also notifying them that if I didn't hear back I planned to ask PyPI to release the name to me under PEP541.

As of 2024-09-07 I haven't heard any response from the author at this email.
