The request has been approved by the original owner of the PyPi entry as of 12SEP24.

Justification: The reason for the request is that the namespace was originally intended for use with the new source code and the current source code in use is basically a template which does not serve the intended purposes of "clientwrapper". Further details can be verified by the current owner.

Contact and additional research

1. On 11SEP24 PyPi entry was initially reported by our team as malicious. PyPi correspondence with both myself and the entry author indicated that there was no malicious intent.
2. On 12SEP24 PyPi entry author was contacted by our team via email. The author of the current entry agreed to transferring the namespace.
