Reason for request

I never setup 2FA. I have existing projects on pypi where I'm the only maintainer.

Hi @Kilo59,

It looks like you did have 2FA set up, just not the recovery codes. I have initiated an account recovery process and an email is being sent to the primary email address associated with your account. Please follow the instructions in that email and reply to it, and we will go from there. Thanks!
