Need exception to increase file size limit #4901

Project name: nimbusml

I have 9 wheel files for Linux/Windows/Mac platforms targeting python 2.7, 3.5 and 3.6 Each file is between 70 to 90 MBs. Need to increase both PyPI and Test PyPI.

Pls assist. Gani

Could you please tell us a little about why you need to distribute large wheels?

This is renamed project from approved issue #4741. After debating for few weeks decision was made to rename to NimbusML (from mlnet). It ll be ok to revoke such perms from mlnet as I plan to delete it. The reason for big size is that it packages inside ML.NET binaries from https://github.com/dotnet/machinelearning . The good description of NimbusML is https://pypi.org/project/nimbusml/0.1.0/#description . This is Microsoft owned package.

@di Could you pls help me with approving this request. This is exactly same package as in #4741 we just had to rename it before publicly releasing next week.

By the way I need it only on PyPI (not needed for Test PYPI)

I've set the upload limit for nimbusml to 100 MB on PyPI.
