IP Autodiscover crashes O when enabled.

Turn Config > Autodiscover off and Opencpn does not crash when the plugin is disabled.

Bdbcat has helped me remove "autodiscover" from config. I will push this as version 0.36.3 now, to the Beta Catalog.
