Retired package reported as orphaned #3

I retired rubygem-openstac-compute recently [1], but it is reported as orhpaned [2]. That is inconsistent a bit.

Thanks for pointing it out, it seems it's not retrieving the correct messages for retirements from datagrepper. I have a fix ready, I just need to test it :)
