Unclear unorphaned person #4

Recently, I was doing re-review of rubygem-shoulda-context and asked to unretire the package [1]. This was done by limb, but he should not be listed in POC-change email [2]. Instead it should be me IMO.

May be there should be difference between unretire and unorphan?

Lookind once more into the email, there is no single unretired package listed, so there is probably something wrong (something similar to #3).
