Hi @rnfinnegan

This code is looking really good. As some next steps here I'd like to implement:

• A tool to be able to download Dicom from TCIA (already have this for some tests, just need to pull out the code and give it a CLI)
• Use your DICOM crawler to convert this code to nifti for use in our demo notebooks and unit tests
• Provide a function which prepares a Python dictionary for someone who wants start coding using that converted data

Perhaps we can look at some of these points when we next meet :)
