Hi @rnfinnegan, I have prepared the example for running the 17 segment LV model and added it to the docs. One key change I made was to change the default names of the strucutres passed into to the function to the TG-263 names. I did this becuase this is the output of our hybrid cardiac seg tool so would probably make it easiest to use like this.
