Added final changes to Namibian power network validations for the following:

@rajesh-ieg cool and insightful notebooks! :) I am merging, knowing that we need at some point some kind of different approach. You mention that the demand much higher. Did you compare the total 2030 estimations from reports compared to PyPSA-Earth?

@pz-max Thanks. I compared it to a report, which also estimated it between 5-6.6 TWh, based on a 3 to 4.5% increase per year. Which seems to be correctly compared to pypsa-earth at 6.28 TWh in 2030.
