Implement methodology to download all features #42

It would be nice to have the ability to download all buildings regardless of the feature.

          Building is implemented, with the given features albeit,

the 'all' wildcard is still wip.

I confirm that downloading 'all' buildings is a critical feature for pypsa-distribution and with much impact It may be nice to draft a plan and/or understand a path for its feasibility.
