Add visual comparison notebook

This PR adds a notebook that includes:

a draft implementation of automatic download of sample networks from gdrive
a draft comparison of two networks, that are clustered according to a given shape file (the country_shapes and gadm_shapes are supported)
a simple comparison procedure of general statistics, buses and lines
