The approach gives meaningful results for simple networks, e.g. that is a plot for Rwanda, Burundi, Congo Democratic Republic ["RW", "BI", "CD"]

However, if the network structure gets slightly more complicated, the picture resembles more a strange attractor than a respectful graph:

That is a graph for Nordic pool (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland), but I suspect a plot would look pretty much same for any European country.

Aims to partially address #1. Probably, may be helpful for #13.
The idea is to use some colour coding to look into major electric properties of the network: 1) transmission capacity
