Enable the optimization of a list of microgrids #27

Describe the feature you'd like to see

The workflow should work with multiple entries in the microgrid list in the config. Currently, it is tested only for a single microgrid, but more than 1 microgrid shall be supported at a time.

The key of the dictionary related to microgrid_list is the name of the microgrid and the content describes its spatial representation
