Improve time-series plots

Make a bit prettier the time-series plots on System Operation tab:

• [x] fix technologies in the Generators;
• [x] add Consumption plot:
  • [x] add buses loads;
  • [x] replace links with stores;
• [x] revise the axis labs;
• [x] find a workaround for time resolution (the actual time aggregation can be read from the model name or meta-data). Network resolution needs to be flexible e.g. because sometime the network comes with 3H and aggregation would make it 9H then
• [x] apply a preferred colours order
