Updating readme with new images
adding a check during result import from pypsa-earth with config [scenario_names]
adding GitHub logo on intoroduction page
setting default data-directory in config to ../pypsa-earth
removing duplicate add_logo code from introduction.py (also present in tools.py)

Hey Max, makes sense to remove extra content from the README. The section about the application architecture can definitely be taken out. What are your thoughts on removing the part about connecting the custom PYPSA Earth model? Additionally, we can use these links app - https://tauritron.com/ documentation - https://docs.tauritron.com/ I'll handle deploying and mapping the latest versions to these domains and subdomains.
