Export feature: initial storage filling #156

First hours: export demands energy (set e_inital and cyclic), to not force the model to deliver hydrogen in the first hours. Originally posted by @energyLS in https://github.com/pypsa-meets-earth/pypsa-earth-sec/issues/150#issuecomment-1277227198

An option here would be that we simply turn the cyclic to true. If I remember correctly, turning this parameter to true directly ignores the value set in e_initial

Background: Within the first hours of the year, the model is forced to produce hydrogen for export because there is no energy content in the virtual export store which could handle this.
