Get Global Biomass potentials #99

Biomass potentials are required for modelling the biomass energy carrier. Currently biomass potentials from Spain are used for Morocco. Implementation ideas: @energyLS will get in contact with PIK and their IAMs to get data (hints)

Feedback from PIK: "For biomass potential we usually use supply curves from the land use model MagPIE (sometimes in coupled model runs). David Klein (CC) originally derived them for world regions and lignocellulose: https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1748-9326/9/7/074017

However, I fear that this is too selective and regionally poorly resolved for your purposes."
