Include Basin90m dataset for hydrobasins into databundle #927

Describe the feature you'd like to see

There is a new basins dataset by Potsdam climate institute licensed as CC BY 4.0.

The dataset is described in this paper.

It may be of interest to investigate it applicability and, in case of success, include it into the databundle replacing the current approach which require data loading from HydroBasins dataset.
