Question on if the pyrad based server can do TLS handshaking over RADIUS messages #184

There is a need for us to act as RADIUS server and do TLS handshaking over RADIUS message. Not sure if it's supported, if so, how to supply the server certificate.

With the recent BlastRadius CVE, should this be a priority?
