Adds conversions for RGBW to HSV and HSI
Some algebra was simplified or moved around while I was working
Translation from HSV to RGB done without HSI intermediate conversions
Change function names, parameters, and validation to be consistent
Unit tests for confidence in correct calculations
More docstrings
Throws ValueError on bad inputs instead of AssertionError
Preserves the same algorithm and values for RGBW as before!
