Should download latest github release and install it

set build commit hash (from APPVEYOR_REPO_COMMIT) as module PrivateData during packaging
find latest release via https://api.github.com/repos/pyranja/profile/releases/latest
compare stored commit hash with latest (attribute target-commitish)
display latest version and ask for confirmation
download latest and install
