Thank you for your PR. However, the plugin could have been installed locally so I'm not sure the added command would be helpful for beginner.

@pyrech Right altough I am not sure this plugin makes any sense locally. Should I add the mention to uninstall globaly or just remove the whole PR ?

Yes, I completely agree with you that this plugin is better used globally but as there is still possibility to install it locally, I think it's better to not confuse users. IMHO the mention is sufficient. If you agree, I let you close the PR. Thanks again for your interest ;-)
