Keynotes disappearing #1587

Hello! We have a project where 8 different engineers are working on the same file. Last week some engineers noticed in the Keynotes Manager that some of their keynotes were disappearing. I remapped Keynotes Settings back to the Txt file just in case. The keynotes are indeed missing, but the numbers they were using (M112, M113, P203, etc.) were apparently still in use in the keynotes manager. I exported a TXT file to see if I could find those keynotes, but they didn't exist in the txt file either. Throughout the day, trying to keep ahead of the fires, occasionally the entire keynotes manager was completely blank of all notes! We had to reset to a keynotes txt file I exported several hours ago.

Is anyone else having this problem? What's the fix? Are my users not using this correctly?

We're getting something similar. We'll see random KNs not appearing on sheets. Our KN file is in bim360 / acc, where our project is. We're a tiny handsize remote group so there's no server to put the txt file on. I introduced pyrevit KN mgr to the group so I'd really like to not look like a moron. Any help is appreciated.
