Installation Log files not found

Describe the bug I'm getting an error during install that says Verify the specified installation log file exists (see attached) Where is the location of that file specified? I've got a field in the pyRevit_config.ini for Usage logging, but a.) I presume that' for running pyRevit, not installing it and b.) that folder does exist

To Reproduce Here's the Command lien I'm using to run the install. I do have Write access to all folders specified \bwbr.com\echelon\software\Autodesk2020\AEC_Collection\RevitAddins\Installs\pyRevit_4.7.6_signed.exe /EXEBASICUI /DIR=C:\ProgramData\pyRevit /LOADINF=\bwbr.com\echelon\software\Autodesk2020\AEC_Collection\RevitAddins\Installs\pyRevit_config.ini
