[BUG] Elytra Fly placing #249

Describe the bug I can't place blocks in ely fly To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on module: '...' turn on ely fly mode creative
  2. Set the setting to '....' try placing blocks
  3. See error you cant place blocks Expected behavior u cant place blocks

Additional context this happens on 2b2t didn't test on single player

This is due to the pitch lock, the server thinks your pitch is locked so the block placement is invalid.

yes. it works on elytra flight 1 - will be added to 2
