[SUGGESTION] Dispenser Auto32k #329

I know that 32ks have been out of the game for a while but there are still a few clone servers that involve 32ks in the main meta, sure it would only be useful for a minority of Pyro users but would still be greatly appreciated. Should have a mode between "LOOKING" where it places the 32k dispenser at your crosshair or "AUTO" where it finds the best spot to place the dispenser 32k. Should also include a silent mode.
